I offer one-on-one therapy to adults and teens.
Rather than focusing on cognitive or behavioral change alone, I work with the full person from the nervous system up. Together, we will learn to redirect entrenched patterns of internal disorganization so you can emerge from chronic stress. Clients begin to connect to a felt sense of safety, learning, sometimes for the first time what safety, peace, and ease feel like physically.
Moving from the bottom up, we work to restore or discover your intuition, self-trust, and an embodied sense of self worth. By focusing on building resilience first, the process of resolving trauma and integrating fragmented parts of self occurs at a sustainable pace.
It can be scary to approach healing work. My approach is affirming, attuned, and well-paced. My clients report looking forward to our sessions, feeling safe, seen, and surprised at how effective this gentle approach is at creating powerful and lasting change.
